On Sunday, October 15 from 1-4PM, the Association of Long Island Homebrew Clubs (AssLIHC) will be hosting a social event for the tri-club members of BEER, HHBC and LIBME at Destination Unknown Brewery (1 S Chicago Ave, Bay Shore, NY). Style Class – Pale American Ale and Amber & Brown American Beers

Style Class – Trappist Ales

Our next installment in the style series will be Trappist Ales (BJCP Category 26).  We will be covering the Trappist Single, Belgian Dubbel, Belgian Tripel, and Belgian Dark Strong Ale (also known as a Quadruple or Quad) styles.
