AssLIHC Social at WA Meadwerks and 27A Brewing Co.!
Sunday, September 8th, starting at 2:00 PM.
The Association of Long Island Homebrew Clubs (AssLIHC) are holding another social event for Tri-Club Members—those who have the membership add-on feature for full-benefits of The Handgrenades Homebrew & Craft Beer Club [HHCBC], Long Island Beer and Malt Enthusiasts [LIBME] and Brewer’s East End Revival [B.E.E.R.]. Of course, everyone is welcome to come hang out, but ASSLIHC members will get certain advantages. Events like these are some of the many advantages of being a tri-club member.
For this event, we will be celebrating the one year anniversary of WA Meadwerks. Joe and Roger will have a bunch of new releases that weekend that you do not want to miss. We will also be visiting Ryan and Melissa over at 27A Brewery. All ASSLIHC members will receive 2 drink tickets that can be redeemed at either location. Tickets must be used that day and will be useless after that day. Don’t forget to tip your bartenders!
Another great opportunity is that 27A Brewery will be having a Wort Share that day. Ryan Cooke, Mike Ingenito and Gregg Kelley wrote a recipe for an American Stout for a Wort Share last year and will be brewing that recipe brewing 90 gallons of that same stout recipe for a Wort Share the day of this social event. [Wort Share allotments have been allocated].
