Hosted by Education Director and BJCP Judge Mike Murphy. This is a style class on Imperial Stout. We will discuss recipe creation and variations of the style. Due to COVID concerns this class will be limited to the fist 15 people who sign up. I am asking everyone that is coming to please bring at least 30 ounces of an Imperial stout based beer for the group to sample. I will add a few from my cellar as well. Please post what brand and type of beer you will be bringing in the comments section of the post so we can cut down on duplicates. I will have enough tables and chairs to assure proper social distancing is maintained. Please bring your own face covering and hand sanitizer. Thank you in advance!
